LEGAL / AFFILIATE PROGRAM
Share clearly.
Earn fairly.
Version HAF-1.0 · Effective August 14, 2026
These Hireci Affiliate Program Terms (the “Program Terms”) govern participation in Hireci’s invitation and creator affiliate program (the “Program”). By applying, accepting an invitation to participate, sharing a referral link or code, or receiving Program earnings, you agree to these Program Terms in addition to Hireci’s Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
For each eligible referred subscription, commission equals 40% of the final Developer Proceeds the applicable app marketplace reports as payable to Hireci for eligible paid transactions during the subscriber’s fixed 12-calendar-month eligibility window—not 40% of the customer’s listed or gross purchase price.
1. Eligibility and enrollment
You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority where you live, have authority to enter into these Program Terms, provide accurate information, and reside in a country or region where Hireci and its payout provider can lawfully support the Program. Applying does not guarantee acceptance. Hireci may approve, decline, suspend, or close a Program account when reasonably necessary for compliance, safety, fraud prevention, or enforcement of these Program Terms.
2. A single-tier referral program
The Program is single-tier. You may earn only from eligible paid subscriptions directly attributed to your own referral link or code. You do not earn from affiliates recruited by you, referrals made by those affiliates, or any downstream network. The Program is not a multi-level marketing program, investment, employment relationship, franchise, agency, partnership, or promise of profit.
3. Eligible referrals and attribution
An eligible referral must be a genuine new Hireci subscriber who uses your valid referral link or code and whose attribution is recorded by Hireci before the first eligible paid subscription transaction. A person or subscription can be attributed to only one affiliate. Hireci’s server records, validated subscription transactions from the App Store or Google Play, and fraud controls determine attribution.
No commission is earned for:
- clicks, installs, account creation, free trials, complimentary access, zero-price transactions, ratings, reviews, social posts, or other non-paid activity;
- existing or previous paid subscribers unless Hireci expressly confirms eligibility in writing;
- Family Sharing access, test or sandbox transactions, duplicate accounts, or transactions that cannot be verified;
- restoring or transferring a purchase does not create or reassign referral eligibility. Historical commission remains tied to the original eligible attribution, and transactions on a transferred subscription may be excluded or held for review;
- self-referrals, coordinated account creation, purchases made primarily to generate commission, or any fraudulent, misleading, manipulated, or abusive activity.
4. How the 40% commission is calculated
“Developer Proceeds” means the final positive amount the applicable app marketplace reports as payable to Hireci for an eligible App Store or Google Play subscription transaction after the marketplace’s commission, applicable transaction taxes, refunds, returns, credits, price adjustments, and other store adjustments. Developer Proceeds are not the customer’s listed price, gross charge, or amount shown before marketplace deductions.
Your commission for an eligible transaction is:
Eligible Commission = Final Developer Proceeds × 40%
RevenueCat, app-marketplace, currency, and tax data displayed before reconciliation may be estimates. Estimated earnings can change. The applicable marketplace’s final financial reporting and Hireci’s reconciled ledger control the final commission amount. Hireci operating expenses are not deducted from Developer Proceeds, but separately disclosed bank, payout-provider, or foreign-exchange fees may reduce the amount delivered where permitted by law.
5. Fixed 12-calendar-month eligibility window
The eligibility window begins on the date and time of the referred subscriber’s first successfully paid eligible subscription transaction and ends 12 calendar months later. Only successfully paid eligible transactions occurring within that fixed window may earn commission. Free-trial time, failed billing periods, complimentary access, pauses, and other unpaid time do not extend, pause, restart, or otherwise lengthen the 12-calendar-month window.
- For a monthly subscription, only successfully paid monthly transactions within the fixed window are eligible; pauses or missed payments can result in fewer than 12 eligible monthly payments.
- For an annual subscription, only the first successfully paid annual transaction may be eligible; a later annual renewal is not eligible, even if billed before the fixed window ends.
- Eligible upgrades, downgrades, prorations, and partial refunds within the fixed window are calculated using the final adjusted Developer Proceeds actually reported for the applicable transaction.
Cancellation of future renewal does not by itself remove commission for an already paid, non-refunded eligible period. It simply prevents future unpaid periods from generating commission.
6. Pending earnings, T+45, and payouts
New earnings first appear as pending estimates. Subject to confirmation by the applicable app marketplace, reconciliation, fraud review, and completion of all payout requirements, an eligible amount becomes available for payout no earlier than 45 days after the applicable paid transaction (“T+45”). A later store correction or compliance review may delay availability.
Hireci processes eligible payouts on a periodic basis. The minimum payout is US $50 or the equivalent amount in the supported payout currency. Amounts below the threshold roll forward. Payout timing can vary because of weekends, banking schedules, identity checks, country restrictions, provider processing, or information required from you. Hireci does not promise immediate or worldwide payout availability.
7. Refunds, reversals, and negative adjustments
If the applicable app marketplace refunds, reverses, partially refunds, charges back, or otherwise reduces an eligible transaction, the related commission is reduced or reversed in the same proportion. Hireci may:
- remove the amount from pending or available earnings;
- offset it against future commissions or payouts;
- hold future payouts while a negative balance remains; or
- request repayment when an amount was already paid and cannot reasonably be offset.
A reversed refund may restore commission only after the applicable app marketplace confirms the restoration and the transaction remains otherwise eligible.
8. Identity, tax, and regional requirements
Before receiving a payout, you may need to complete identity, address, tax, sanctions, and bank-account verification through Hireci’s payout provider. You authorize Hireci to share the information required to create and administer your payout account as described in the Privacy Policy. Payouts may be unavailable or paused when information is missing, inaccurate, expired, unverifiable, or unsupported in your country or region.
You are responsible for determining and paying taxes that apply to your Program income. Hireci or its payout provider may collect tax forms, withhold amounts, or report payments when required by law. You must keep your legal and payout information current.
9. Honest promotion and affiliate disclosure
Promotions must be truthful, accurate, and consistent with Hireci’s current product and pricing. Whenever the financial relationship would not otherwise be obvious, clearly disclose near the referral that you may receive commission if someone subscribes through your link. A suggested disclosure is: “I may earn a commission if you subscribe through this link.” Use a disclosure in the same language as your promotion.
You may not:
- send unlawful spam, scrape or mass-message contacts, conceal the commercial nature of a promotion, or make false income claims;
- incentivize or require App Store or Google Play ratings, reviews, downloads, searches, or ranking-related activity;
- impersonate Hireci, Apple, Google, or another person, imply an app marketplace sponsors the Program, or register confusingly similar domains, accounts, or advertisements;
- modify, obscure, resell, redirect, or misuse referral codes to interfere with another affiliate’s attribution;
- use bots, click farms, fabricated identities, deceptive advertising, unauthorized coupon listings, paid-to-click traffic, or any method designed to manufacture referrals.
10. Reviews, holds, and enforcement
Hireci may review referrals, transactions, content, traffic sources, and payout activity to protect users and the Program. Hireci may place a reasonable hold on earnings, request supporting information, correct ledger errors, reject ineligible transactions, or suspend participation while a review is pending. Confirmed fraud, material misrepresentation, evasion, or repeated violation may result in forfeiture of affected unpaid commissions and termination from the Program, to the extent permitted by law.
11. Program availability and changes
Hireci may modify or discontinue the Program prospectively. The current version number and effective date will appear at the top of these Program Terms. Material changes to the commission rate, eligibility period, or payout rules will be communicated where required and will not retroactively reduce a commission already finalized under an earlier version, except to correct error, fraud, refund, reversal, or legal noncompliance.
12. Records, questions, and disputes
Your Program dashboard may show estimated, pending, available, paid, and reversed amounts. If you believe an attribution or payout is incorrect, contact Hireci within 60 days after the relevant statement or payout and include enough information for us to investigate. To the extent records differ, validated store data and Hireci’s reconciled transaction ledger control.
